What We Inspect and Why
A visual examination of the main structural elements, systems, and components of the house that are visible and securely accessible constitutes a home inspection. It's crucial to obtain a home inspection since purchasing a home is often the largest investment you will ever make. The inspector can identify and record flaws that may or may not be visible to you as a potential buyer. These flaws might be as little as simple repairs or replacements or as serious as major damage or health and safety issues.

Meet Your Inspector
Craig Giuffre
I have worked as an electrician with over 30 years of experience, I am also a retired New York City fire firefighter. With my experience as an electrician, in residential and commercial properties, I bring a specific knowledge to your homebuying experience, let’s face it the electrical portion of a home is one of the most critical, as well as one of the most expensive endeavors when fixing a home.
Another unique ability that we have is our knowledge in home generators, most home inspectors do not include the generator as part of their overall service which doesn’t make sense as the generator could be a crucial part in the event of an emergency . We will go through your entire future home to make sure everything is safe for you and your family. My goal is to help my customers make the best informed decisions on one of your biggest investments.
We Educate Our Clients
During the home inspection, we will show you how everything in your house works, how to maintain it, and how to save home energy. Scientific evidence demonstrates a solid relationship between housing conditions and human health. I will make sure your home supports your health.
